Patrick Lahens is the pitmaster at Pineapple Express. If you've been here, you've seen Patrick in one of his many bandanas, cooking, smoking meats, smiling, and lovingly giving Damon a hard time. Patrick grew up in a Haitian household (his Haitian cooking is straight fire!), is a seasoned chef, a veteran, and a top notch dad.
