Lauren is the chef and owner of Pineapple Express Barbecue and Montclair favorite Turtle + the Wolf. He spent the early part of his career cooking at restaurants in NYC, ultimately running Tom Colicchio’s popular Flatiron restaurant Craftbar. He’s a Montclair native and his fried chicken is sort of a big deal.
